Who is responsible

What we collect

Contact form: your name, work email, company website, who you sell to and anything you add in the message field. We use it only to reply to your request and prepare for a call.

Call bookings: when you book through Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf and adds the meeting to our calendar.

Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for the working relationship.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to measure visits and improve the site. They set cookies (Google: _ga, _ga_*; PostHog: ph_*) and record page views, clicks, scrolling and session recordings of how the page is used. If you send the contact form, PostHog links that session to the details you submitted. Our hosting providers also keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

You can stop all analytics at any time with the Reject button in the cookie notice. If you already chose, clear this site's data in your browser to see the notice again.

Legal basis

We process this data to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site, including analytics (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object to analytics at any time with the Reject button.

Service providers

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the website. Cloudflare, Inc. handles DNS, the contact form and email forwarding. Cal.com, Inc. handles call scheduling. Google Ireland Ltd. provides Google Analytics, and PostHog Inc. provides product analytics hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the engagement lasts and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
